Planning Aidan Charles Memorial Session...

A lot of us have been talking about putting together an annual memorial session/competition in Aidan's honor. Lets all plan this out here. One idea was to get together at Archives and mob around downtown 12:30 Gold style. I like the idea, but there aren't that many spots left downtown anymore. Another idea was Arlington park, but I've heard that you get ticketed for not wearing a helmet now and that is wack. Everyone put your ideas out there and lets make this happen!

Whats up everyone. I wanted to set up something a little sooner but I have been super busy with work and this was the first chance I got..

The next Charm City session will be on Sat January 21st from 9pm till Midnight. I will have some prizes from USD and The Conference to give out to whoever is throwin down tricks. Didn't see a post so I thought I would throw one up. Apparently Aidan decided to end his life on December 24th. He leaves behind a new born daughter. Those who knew Aidan know he was around for many years in the DC skate scene and was always a blast to be around. RIP

Ok. I need to get a part for my camera.. otherwise I wouldn't be doing this. I'm selling my size 9 white deshi carbons..first pair in the USA. Only skated park with them...very good shape. $100 for the boots only, comes with white or black soul plates. If you can meet up tomorrow I'll give you both sets of soul plates. Thanks.

Hey guys,
I wasn't able to get everything set up in time for a Oct. Charm Session. I have set the next one for Sat. Nov. 12th from 9pm till Midnight. I figure with this amount of time people can set the date aside and make it out. I have a bunch of prizes from TheConference and thought about doing a best trick contest for the last 45min or so of the session..let me know if everyone is down. Nobody has to, I like it more when it is just a jam session. I can't be everywhere at once, if someone does something amazing let me know..I have enough prizes for the young bucks, the older heads and the OG's. Hope everyone can make it out and shred!

Didn't know I really needed to say this..but at the last session I had a couple kids show up with skateboards..***ROLLERBLADES ONLY***..The park is owned by skateboarders..everyday is a skateboard only sesh there haha. Bring some blades and we are all good. Thanks.

BTW - I talked to the owner today n he said they will have a lot of new stuff built by the 12th and maybe even a circle coping down box...
